Our Team
Amber Colvin
Founder & Principal Consultant
Known for her steady, reliable, rejecting-the-status-quo demeanor, Amber is a strategic advocate for holistic health implementation, driven by a deep-seated belief that our highest performance is rooted in the simplest of our habits. Amber's experience and study in corporate management, the health industry, and her own health & life journey has equipped her with many tools to guide others seeking their own freedom in health. Amber has dedicated her career to modernizing traditional systems and dismantling the complexities of western wellness. She has a proven track record of building meaningful, long lasting relationships with both her community and clients by delivering high quality service in an efficient manner to support her clients’ organizational strategy, mission and vision.
Driven by a lifelong dedication to public service and community well-being, she has transitioned a rich background in community-focused roles into a mission-driven health consultancy. Her approach is deeply informed by her own lived experiences through work and education. A product of the Detroit Public Schools Community District, she saw firsthand the effects of poor nutrition and a lack of targeted wellness interventions. Later, spending close to a decade in corporate roles, she witnessed how workplace burnout and the absence of targeted wellness procedures negatively impacted professionals & business success across every demographic.

These experiences highlighted for Amber a critical gap in holistic health education and implementation. Realizing that the prevalence of chronic disease was the biggest barrier to thriving families and the operation of successful businesses in Detroit, she stepped in to bridge the divide.
